Thermal Overload Relays
The Metaltex RT series of bimetallic thermal overload relays is designed in accordance with the IEC 60947 international standard to provide overload protection, preventing overheating and extending equipment service life. They offer various current adjustment ranges and models compatible with everything from mini-contactors to high-capacity units. Featuring trip class 10A and a rated insulation voltage of 690V, these relays include automatic temperature compensation, integrated auxiliary contacts (1NO+1NC), a test button, and a reset mode configurable between manual and automatic. The design is optimized for direct mechanical coupling to the power terminals of our CT, CTM, and CX6 contactor lines, while also allowing for independent mounting via DIN rail accessories.
